Well Were Off!

So we are saying goodbye to Eugene Oregon for a week and heading back to good old Jefferson Wisconsin! Which is very exciting for the in-laws, and for Katelyn to spend time with Kevin's family and her new cousin! Which should be fun since she is only 2 months and 4 days younger than Katelyn! Anyways i just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!

So Fresh And Clean!!

Yeah!!! So we had a carpet guy come clean our house today and now it no longer smells like nasty pee!! Although some not to clean information... he told me that it does not smell like recent doggy pee! It smells like old old dog pee(more than a year) that might have been soaked into the pad and never cleaned out and when i attempted to clean it it just brought it back to the surface and made it smell horrible! So that is kind of nasty! But at least now it is done and i wont have to deal with it anymore even if it does come back he will come get it out for free!!! And keep working on it till it does.. bonus!

The Doggy Pee Nightmare!!!

So Lucy our wonderful dog whom i don't really care for but my husband loves and just couldn't live without has been taken down to my Aunts house in Yreka Cali.while we head on over to Wisconsin for Christmas!!! So we made a quick day trip down 4 hours and back 4 hours quite the day and i really just messed with Katelyn's schedule (besides the point) We arrived home late last night and as we walked in the door it smelled awful like dog pee so i searched around and finally found the smell right at the front door(must have happened when we were loading the truck) So i scrubbed the floor then cleaned it with our carpet cleaner! Well i can still smell it and it is driving me crazy and sick to my stomach! What can i do i am so stuck and have no more ideas on what to use!! Please help for i do not want to pay a huge fee for the carpet!!! Freaking dog, she might not make too much longer if this keeps up!

The Helpful Daddy!

My husband and I have had some trying times these last couple of months! First we had a baby then a month later we moved almost across country from Wyoming to Oregon and while it was nice to move to a new area it was also very hard at the same time!! Kevin was learning a new job while i was learning everything new about our daughter and learning to be a new mom! it was very hard and all we did was bicker about who's turn it was to change the diaper and to feed her this time! Every time he came home from work i would nag him about helping me and i never really realized how much i was nagging him and how much it was straining on our marriage! So one day i broke down sat in bed at night and cried, i had come to realize that i needed to back off and not nag and just do it myself and let him help if he wanted to after about a week of not changing diapers he turned around and starting helping out! Coming home from work stealing Katelyn from me and changing her if she needed changing or feeding her if i was making dinner or something else! So i asked myself should i just stop nagging and let him help when he wants to, and to my amazement it worked, although he might not help all the time he tries his best to help when he wants to and that's all i ask! Has Kevin come back to claim his role as the helpful daddy! gosh i sure hope so cause some help is really nice sometimes! Especially when i am about to pull my hair out!!

Rice Cereal

So two days ago, I was trying to feed Katelyn rice cereal and she refused to eat it!! She would take the rice cereal then look at me while she was screaming then proceed to spit it at me screaming as loud as she could!!! Everytime I want to feed her she is kicking and screaming as they put it! I wonder when this will ever end or is it a never ending game!! gosh I hope not!
